Meditation and guided imagery
I would often like to feel better than I currently feel.
I practice yoga, meditation, guided imagery, chakra balancing at various times for various reasons. All of these tools add to greater physical stamina in my body, greater clarity of mind, and more inner peace.
I am a teacher of mind/body practices for greater mind and body health. I am excited to make connections with like minded people. I would like to meet with others who are interested in inner growth and self-actualization.
There are so many ways to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual health. We have fun exploring them all.
