What practices do you use to keep your body healthy?

I am vegan and have eliminated gluten, soy and sugar from my diet out of necessity and am MUCH healthier for it. Changing my diet was the single most important step I took to feel healthy and to eliminate or control other physical issues.

What practices do you use to keep your mind clear of unwanted thoughts?

I play my bowls and go out in nature.

In what ways have you been inspired to practice better mind/body health?

For greater power and control over my own life through conscious manifesting. Fpor greater health, energy and strength to have and utilize in my life. Yep, that has been my inspiration.


Always looking for spiritual events to do as it is always more fun in a group setting. I have a private practice I term Hypno-Chakra Therapy, incorporating 9 singing crystal bowls. I also facilitate chakra meditations w/ my bowls around town.
