Hello Everyone :)!!
   I am glad I joined you meetup group. Now I have more friends and yoga get-togethers. For my part I thought I will send information about the upcoming Art of Living (AOL) workshop in Beaverton. AOL is an international spiritual and humanitarian organization that strives for a stress free happy society. They conduct various workshops that involve low impact yoga, pranayama and other processes aimed at cleansing our body and mind from toxins and providing us the means to lead a healthy happy life. After I took the course and started practising the techniques regularly, my relationships, communication skills and overall health has seen tremendous improvement. The Art of Living Course

September 6-9, 2012


The Art of Living Course is an 16-hour workshop designed to improve health, happiness and quality of life. It includes practical wisdom, group discussion and powerful breathing techniques to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and enliven the spirit. The course incorporates basic principles for healthy living, emphasizing the essential human values that help individuals lead more fulfilling and productive lives.


Course Components

    Revitalizing breathing techniques that increase energy and deeply relax and recharge body and mind. Includes Sudarshan Kriya®.

    Easily learned tension-releasing stretching and yoga

    Practical wisdom for improving work and relationships

    Skills for handling negative emotions and situations

    Insight into the mechanics of the mind and emotions

    Guided interactive processes
