The Art of Living community invites all of you to the yoga, pranayama and meditation seminar. In this 1 hour session you will join us in doing powerful breathing techniques and a soothing meditation. We will also introduce you to Sudharshan kriya, a rhythmic breathing exercise. There will also be a brief talk on the link between emotions, mind and breath and how we can harmonize all three through yoga. Latest research on this topic will also be explained briefly. I have attached a flier to this group that gives you a better idea about what we do.
