I am conducting a mind, breath and meditation session in Beaverton and Portland. This is a free 1-hour session in which you can learn more about breathing techniques and meditation. The science of breath and its effect on our mind will also be introduced and discussed briefly. We will also be doing yoga. These can help us reduce stress, become more alert and happier. This will be an interactive event.
Hello Everyone!!! How are you all doing? Enjoying the summer breeze :)!! Bunch of us has a rocking singing get-together last week and went for ice-cream. That was a fun filled Saturday evening!
