First of all, the movie HOME is incredible for its cinematography and message that we are stewards of our planet and we are destroying it and the multiplicity of its species at an ever accelerating rate. However, the message ultimately is one of hope. We can't be pessimistic because there are so many examples (small as they may be at this point) of green energy alternatives to our rapacious addiction to fossil fuel. The movie highlights wind energy, solar energy, and wave energy, just to name a few. Finally, Olivier Manuel provided a wonderful and intimate venue for viewing the film and he was a most gracious host.
