Have More Fun, Build Better Relationships,
and … Let Your Playful Self Shine Through!
(co-taught by Lynn Levy & Joel Elfman)
Do you take yourself and life too seriously? Do you want more humor, Do you want more fun in your life? Can you imagine yourself happier?
Do you feel like you express yourself the way you truly want to? Would you be amazed by how easy it is to be more fun, creative and playful in your relationships, your connections and your life?
Are you ready to:
Stop Hiding, Start Shining and Let Yourself Create the Life You Want
What You'll Learn:
Play is a respite from our self-doubts and fears, and opens us up to joy. It opens us to the freedom that comes from a state of acceptance of our most authentic selves. It is about letting our true selves shine without fear or worry. Re-connect with the part of you that lives in the heart and in the moment, the part that just wants to have fun.
Play serves many purposes -
Join in this joyful, easy journey to connect with your eternal child/inner clown/wisest & most foolish jester. Play with motion, sound and other fun ways to use our creativity in the moment. Explore exercises from your childhood & beyond to help transform you to your happier, more playful self.
Throw a pie in the face of perfection! There is no wrong way to play. It’s just a matter of becoming aware of the child inside of us who is already there.
Whoever or wherever you are right now is perfect. So come play with us!
*Please Bring a Pad and Pen or Your Favorite Way to take Notes*

About the Trainers
Lynn Levy founded LynnLevity as a way to help people change and transform into lighter, happier people – and in turn, make the world a more joyful place.
After an intense, serious spiritual journey, Lynn decided she'd had enough seriousness and needed to bring more joy, play, laughter and connection into her life. As a result of this quest and realizing that she probably wasn’t the only too-serious adult around, LynnLevity Playshops were born. They are a unique blend of exercises for adults including clowning exercises, energy balancing, games, sensual food meditation and more.
Lynn’s passion for (theatrical) clowning began in 2010 when she met and began clowning with her mentor, Barbara Ann Michaels, aka “The Jester of the Peace.” Simply putting on a clown nose and being spontaneous was both delightful and a great education.
Lynn has also taken Clowning/Improv classes with the New York Clown Theater Festival and performers from the Big Apple Circus Clown Care Program as well as the Blue Man Group.
