Introduction
Hi, I do Hatha Yoga on a regular basis, but need more stress relief! I am originally from South Africa and love the sound of African drums. I love the beach and this sounds wonderful. Jeanny
What kind of dance experience have you had? Which kinds of alternative dance are you willing to try?
Can't really dance, but willing to learn! Willing to try anything! Teach me!
Where did you hear about the Alternative Dance Network? Where do you like to dance?
On the "meetup site" where I signed up for a sunset yoga get- together. I dance at home only, but REALLY want to learn and let loose!
