I have a 2nd Floor condo next to the lake that gets quite abit southern wind in the summer and was wondering if anyone had any experience with residential windmills?

I'm building a VAWT out of a Fisher & Pakel washer motor
and commercially available blade kit and arms hardware

I'm in Garland so mounting it may violate codes! TBD
