These meetings are for people seriously looking into installing solar power.
The first briefing will take place @ 6 pm for the "My Green Neighborhood Solar Time Bank".
The 2nd briefing shall take place @ 7pm for the "DC Solar Co-op Congress".
First Briefing - 6 p.m.:

The meeting will entail home owners and renters who are and want to continue to change the rooftop landscape in DC with going solar........thus making housing more affordable NOW ! Second Briefing, 7 p.m.:
DC Solar Co-op Congress, with Anya Schoolman, leader of the Mount Pleasant Solar Coop which had members install about 50 rooftop solar units in Mount Pleasant in 2009, and is seeking more solar installations throughout the city and Metro area.

longer walk across the Rock Creek bridge and up Columbia Road from National Zoo - red
(it should be a nice early evening for a walk, why not?)
P.S. I plan to go to this meetup first as I promised L.A. Davis, then to the 350.org Climate Change with Bill McKibben, which is about a mile away, later
