“I've always believed that happiness is just around the corner. The trick is finding the right corner.”
― Eric Weiner, The Geography of Bliss: One Grump's Search for the Happiest Places in the World

So, as you may have read on the alt+library blog or on the message board, our book club this month is going to incorporate a midtown ramble. We are accepting submissions for locations to visit on the route until May 5th; start point will be posted on May 7th. For more details on the why and the how, check here. Enjoy the book!

Oh I'm so bummed that I missed out on the evening activities. Any highlights you can post, to ease my curiosity ?

It was very interesting. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I did enjoy the social interaction and the various " happy" spots.

Thanks to all who participated last night! I had a great time walking and talking with you folks. I think we'll try to do another one of these again this autumn.

I had a great time chatting with other book club members and learning about their favorite places. I would definitely attend this type of event again.

It was a lovely evening for a stroll and chat about happiness. The fellow book club members showed us some new and interesting places.

It's HERE! Our starting point will be R15 - on the corner of R and 15th. Bonus points to anyone who knows WHY that was selected as our point of origin . . .

Okay, alt+library patrons, the parameters have narrowed, based on the responses. If you would like to submit a spot, please be sure it is between J and S, between 12th and 26th. We have 8 sites already - beginning location coming soon!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
