Oh, it's that time of year again! We all know the zombie apocalypse is coming. The question is, are you fit enough to survive?
This workout will help you get in shape to duck, dodge, or kick some undead butt!
Wear loose comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water, you’ll need it.
