Overseas Americans Week blog

A former member
Dear AARO Meetup members,

Overseas Americans Week 2008 has just begun in Washington, D.C. Several of us from AARO are in Washington to meet with members of Congress in an effort to muster support for our unique issues that come with living abroad, such as tax, citizenship, Medicare and overseas voting.

This year, we have set up an OAW blog entitled "Mr. Coyne Goes to Washington" where I will be posting daily updates from Washington.

If you would like to receive an e-mail notification as new blog entries are posted, then please e-mail Grace Teshima at and she will add your e-mail address to a list so that you receive emails during OAW.

The blog will run for one week only, from Sunday, April 13 through Friday, April 18.

Here is the website: http://www.aaro-oaw.o...

I hope you all enjoy reading about our trip to Washington!

Andy Coyne
AARO Executive Vice President
