Tsunami Tuesday Voting and Cocktail

Are you a registered Democrat who is living abroad but still wants to participate in Tsunami Tuesday?  Well, you can.

First, on 5/Feb between noon and 10 PM, go to the American Church on 65 Qui d'Orsay and vote in the Democrats Abroad Global Primary.  No prior registration necessary if you bring along your US passport. To clarify, voting in this primary has no effect on your voting status in the Presidential election in November as this is merely for delegates for the Democratic National Convention in Denver in August while the November election is for Federal electorals who actually elect the President in January.  However, you can't vote in two primaries.

After voting, walk to Le SixSeven, 67 rue de Pierre Charron in the 8th, for an after voting party hosted by the Young Democrats.  It will start at seven and literally go all night as we will have big screen televisions showing the first election returns at 2 AM.  Okay, we don't expect everyone to be that crazy but there will be plenty of other like-minded individuals there.  Even if you didn't vote (but why not?), you are
still welcome to join us.  And, by all means, invite your friends and even, I dare say, Republicans.
