It would have been nicer to have had big tables, or to have combined the tables in the venue so it would be more of a gathering and less of an intimate dining experience. Luckily my partner and I managed to sit with a few other people. Great to meet some new people.

2 California girls with reservations at 7..... Come say hello!!! :)

    November 22, 2012

Clearly the question on everybody's mind is whether they will be showing any football. Turkey + pigskin is what it's all about.

All the games are live on Sky so as long as they have it should be fine.....

Do I need to bring my passport with me for ID? Will there be TSA goons trying to feel me up?

OK. So does this mean you HAVE to call them up and book or can you just show up at the place and get seated? Not too clear - maybe it's just me, been a long few days at work! ;P

    • Wilber W.

I have the same question as Megan. I am a Californian girl exiled to London by work. All of my close American friends have all moved back home already:( Would love to meet new friends, especially fellow American guys and girls:) How would I RSVP?

    November 21, 2012

  • Wilber W.

The whole venue is ours- EVERYONE there will be us. Stop by even if it gets fully booked, we'll be there for drinks til midnight.

Will there be a sign or something so we know where to meet with everyone? Maybe the massive group will be obvious enough!

Haha. No Alex, you CANNOT take YOUR DOG to a dinner. x Not unless you are legally blind, of course. Yeash; you can dress em up, but you can't take em out! x

    November 19, 2012

  • Jessica W.

I am thinking of going, this is my first Expat party. Anything to know.....

    November 19, 2012

  • Alan

I would venture to say Wilber is a bit overwhelmed right now trying to confirm a venue and menu for 400 people in 3 days. Only a few comments probably get his attention. Thanks for doing this for us Wilber!

I've just sent Wilber an email requesting communication about this event, whether it's happening or not. Hopefully, we'll get a reply so people can make other plans if it's not happening.
