What are you working on right now?

Currently I'm working on a collection of poems and a book about coffee. I am also continuously working towards the creation of an epic science fiction/futurist piece of literature. My goal is to write a cycle of twenty novella's set in a time period that stretches from the present day to 100 years in the future... the 20 novella idea was inspired by Zola's, Les Rougon-Macquart.

Who are some of your favorite writers or favorite pieces of writing?

Haruki Murakami, Don Delillo, David Mitchel, D H Lawrence, Walt Whitman, Charles Bukowski, Kerouac, Henry Miller, Zola, James Ellroy, Tom Wolfe.... One of my favorite pieces of writing, the one that stands out as I write this, has to be: The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas.

Can you show a sample of your work? (If yes, I will ask you to email it to me later!)

Hey there... I'm from a small town on the river Tyne in the North East of England. I've lived here in the Netherlands for the past seven years. I write all sorts of things but more recently my focus is towards poetry.
