Let's admit it, it is still a beautiful Dutch summer and I am very inspired to cook for you a menu that celebrates its smells, colors and tastes.
I would like to invite you to a beautiful, vegan, gastronomic, healthy and organic dinner experience which I like to call "Vegan Sundays" although it is not always on Sundays and some of you got not once confused and even complained about it. I'm kind of still fond of the name…. ;)

I close my eyes and just see a sea of strawberries, this spicy green sauce and this pink comforting tahini sauce that I will so much try to make in the footsteps of the Israeli Chef Eyal Shani. Please join me to this culinary adventure!
The event will take place in the Conscious Hotel where you can enjoy the sustainable and organic spirit, great music and organic variety of drinks and alcohol.

Green herbs rice with pine nuts in a bath of pink tahini ornamented with garden vegetables and fruits
Self made Seiten steak topped with tomatoes salsa accompanied by creamy onion, roasted sweet potato and seasonal greens
Bloody strawberry dream white cream pie
