About 98% of my diet is plant based, for nutritional and healthy reasons, but most of all because because of how animals are treated before they get to our plates and because is just not in harmony with nature in our planet to eat much animal products. Still I am not vegan...as I do eat fish and I make sometimes other little exceptions, ...I like to be a bit flexibel in this sense.
