I am a vegetarian now but I would like to become raw vegan, I beleive it's more natural for a human being not to consume meat. A couple of years ago I was eating a lot of it - I used to beleive the more protein one consumes the better, but my energy levels were getting lower and lower and I was clueless to why, after one heavy meal of veal lungs I felt really ill and something changed within me - within a couple of month I have eliminated all meat from my diet because it just stopped tasting the way I remembered! I began to understand that the impression of meat taste was much better in my head than in reality. I went through many strange realisations before declaring myself as a vegetarian. Now my energy levels are much better and I am sure this is the way to go, plus no harm to animals))
I have a very high energy work and lifestyle so I have a diet that would give me energy all year round without the side effects and I have a dog who loves veggie treats
Hi everyone, I am 26, I have lived in Amsterdam for eight years now and have been a veggie for the last three, glad to have discovered this group and really looking forward to meeting others who think alike.
