Potlucks (and other adventures)

Hey there y'all,

While I'm out of town (for the summer of 2011, or so) my son Jonathan will be organizing and hosting events for this meetup. Below is the general idea of the meetup's purpose, but it might be a little bit different while I'm away. I'm pretty sure it will still be all kinds of interesting and delicious fun, so please feel free to join in the party.

I look forward to meeting you and having some fun together when I return to Philly. Until then, adventure HO!

This is a meetup group for people who:

- know me (or want to);

- want to hang out at my house;

- value friendship and community;

- want to go on adventures;

- like to laugh, talk, wiggle and play;

- are curious, irreverent and unconventional;

- have compassion for the human condition;

- are sick and tired of hearing about my shenanigans, antics and parties after they are over.

I host 2-3 potluck meals per month, have occasional other gatherings (such as clothing exchanges, group discussions and game nights) and go on various adventures (such as bike rides, camping, concerts, story slams and shows). If you want to be invited to join in the fun, then join the group, and you'll be in the loop.
