Guided Meditation & Yoga Postures

Join us every 2nd Thursday at 7pm for a time of inspiration and fun!

What you can expect:

Energization Exercises (as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda)
Gentle Yoga Postures
Guided Meditation

What to bring/wear:
If you have a yoga mat, great, if not, no problem.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in and sit in.

No experience necessary. All are welcome! Bring your friends.

Offered on a donation basis. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
