Keyapt SMS beta: Type an SMS on your PC and send from your phone

From: James B.
Sent on: Wednesday, August 17, 2011 7:00 PM

Dear Londroid,

Keyapt SMS lets you view your contacts and send SMS messages from your web browser. The messages are sent from your Android phone. It works in any browser on any platform.

You might have seen an early version in the pub.  After months of testing it is ready to go onto the Google Market but first I am releasing it free to Londroid members. I would really appreciate any feedback you can give such as:

·         Do you find it useful?

·         How could it be better?

·         How much do you think we should charge for it?

To try out Keyapt SMS go to http://keyapt.com and download the apk to your Android phone. The servers on Amazon Elastic Beanstalk in the USA so please allow a few seconds for the page to load.

·         As you may know you will need to have “Settings > Applications > (allow) Unknown Sources”  checked

My next job is to port it to iPhone so any iPhone geniuses reading this please have a go and then get back to me.

Thank you for helping

James
