Yes there could be.. but technically, not "my" problem - ie if someone has a ringtone on their mobile and sends it to another, then they can do that via any current service ( email, bluetooth, nfc, sd card etc etc)... It's the user that needs to be sure they are not forwarding material they don't own the rights too.

Additionally, I am thinking of putting very basic DRM in it ( ie nothing that someone who couldn't hook up ADB could bypass, but just something to prevent the casual user).

Thanks for highlighting the issue though. May put a bit more effort into this bit.
