As far as templates are concerned I haven't seen anything that's off-the-shelf. However in my experience the following tool-chain integrates very well together to create a seamless work-flow for Android Java development.
- Eclipse - core development (add ADT, svn, Jira, mylyn plugins)
- Subversion - version control
- Jira - requirements, pm, etc..
You can also look at Hudson
plugin for continuous integration, though I'm not sure how good this is as I've not used it.

Hope this helps

I hope that everyone is having a great week.
I will be embarking on developing my first mobile app soon. I was looking for a way to maintain and manage the development & launch processes efficiently. Any pointers to a good template (spreadsheet/online) that I could use?
My immediate need is for a template where I could lay out the entire product roadmap. And share it with my team (multi location).
Also, being a complete newbie at this (mobile app's), would appreciate any words of wisdom (do's/ donts) that you might have.
Any pointers or guidance are supremely appreciated! :-)
