Do you consider yourself a vegan or a vegetarian? How long have you been one?
Have been vegetarian since 1988 & vegan (for the most part) the last 12 years or so.
What made you decide to become vegan/vegetarian?
Ethics - the horrific reality behind factory farming. Environment & health soon followed, but ethics remains my primary motivator.
Care to share any favorite vegan recipes?
Stella Artois and sweet potato french fries enjoyed together. :)))

The Farmers Mkt. is perfect. It’s usually the reason for heading that way. Start/meet on the West Patio side (E.B.’s Beer & Wine and Charlie’s Coffee Shop) @ 6pm. Unlikely in W. Hollywood but if parking is not an issue on your street we can walk from there.
