Super Living Food Salad Wash and drain 1 package of kelp noodles chop a couple of times in each direction and put them in a mixing bowl. Juice 1 large or 2 small lemons into a small bowl. Remove pits and add juice to the kelp noodles. Add 1-2 sliced avacados and stir all ingredients. Finely chop 1 clove of garlic, a little ginger, 1-2 radishes, and add to bowl. Chop ½ onion, 1 lg carrot, 1 med. Cucumber, 1 red bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, several sprigs dill, several sprigs cilantro, A few Red or Rainbow Chard leaves. Add to bowl. Massage 6-8 Kale Leaves with celtic sea salt, chop and add to bowl. Add other greens as desired such as lettuce, spinach, Arugala, etc. Add green sprouts. Add 2 teaspoons chlorella and 2 teaspoons spirullina, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp celtic sea salt In a separate bowl mix 5 Tbl olive oil, 1 Tbl flax oil, 3 Tbl Bragg’s liquid aminos, ¼ cup raw sesame tahini, and 1/8 cup black sesame tahini. 2 Tbl Coconut Butter. Stir and add mixture to the salad and stir. Optional: Add curry powder to taste. Add raw croutons (such as from Leaf Cuisine) Thoroughly stir all ingredients and taste. Add more Bragg’s, curry, and/or black pepper as desired. Stir. Serve and enjoy! (Complete meal for 4-6)
