I am a vegan! I have been vegan since the summer of 2004. I have been a vegetarian since I was 7... (1997)
I have always had an irrational love for animals, (though I feel almost all "loves" are irrational) and upon realization that meat and animals were, uh, well, the same thing, I proclaimed myself vegetarian and did all in my power to avoid meat. (I was seven, so I was far from perfect. I have learned much throughout the years...) At 14, I saw a few PETA documentaries showing the inside of dairy and egg farms, and realized a life of misery is worse than death.
2 tbsp Vega chocolate performance protein powder, 1tbsp PB2 powder 2tsp chia seeds 1 tsp goji powder 1 tbsp almond milk (or flax) a pinch of salt cinnamon/nutmeg to taste stevia to taste Optional- almond butter, coconut butter, hojicha play with the amount of dry/liquids to create the texture you like. If dough-like you can form into balls, freeze them, and eat them like bonbons, and if more liquidy you cabn=n use it as a paste.
