Kind of urgent - Please Help

Hello Everyone:
I need information to help a friend who is coordinating a huge rescue.? She started with 71 dogs and 80 cats.? We are down to 9 dogs and 39 cats.? Most of the remaining cats are feral.? She is looking for rescues that work with ferals and/or situations where they could be safely released into cat communities or people's yards.
Your suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.? Oh, also, we are on a short time table.? I am not sure how long because it depends on several factors involving banks, judges, foreclosure orders and animal control.?
