Earth Day Celebration and Concert at Polliwog Park, Saturday, April 26th 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This year’s event is the 22nd annual Earth Day festival in Polliwog Park. Over 70 vendors and non-profits, four food trucks, and a great line-up of music and learning activities will take place throughout the day on Saturday, April 26th. Family friendly activities include a bike fun-ride to start off the festivities at 10:30 AM, followed by Zumba dancing on the main stage at 11:15 AM, the Enviro Hero awards (PDF) at 1:00 PM, and an afternoon filled with great music. The Wyland Mobile Learning Unit will also be on-hand to share the Water Conservation Pledge, and document shredding and an e-waste collection will take place at MBMS.
