Vegan Holiday Dessert and Appetizer Exchange Party

This will be a fun event to try many different desserts and appetizers, and exchange recipes with each other. Please bring small portion sized vegan desserts or appetizers to share; along with the recipes. It would be helpful to clearly mark ingredients; oil free, gluten free etc.
If you can, let us know here what you plan to bring, so we can try to fill in and add variety.
The library has a large room with a kitchen included, but please bring your own utensils and serving ware.
There are plenty of options to find recipes; here are a few:

Libraries have vegan cookbooks also, but if you somehow are not able to make something, you can always bring a vegan store bought dessert or appetizer.
We can discuss baking tips and helpful hints around the holidays!
This should prove to be a fun, delicious event!

Due to extreme snowy conditions tonight, a number of people were not able to attend Tofu Cat special Holiday event! However, there was amazing foods to eat tonight! For those who do not know, Maryann, (who works at Giant Eagle in Painesville), she let us see how much she loves to prepare foods and she does it professionally and elegantly and ever so deliciously !!!! The foods she made, all have signs in front of them listing their names! And they tasted as good as they look! Maryann has also been at many of the animal rights protests and was at our table at the Thanksgiving CSU dinner and fund raiser!!! All of the food this evening was very much appreciated and very well done by all of those who attended!!!

Aww, thank you! It was truly a pleasure being able to cook for all of you and to taste the great food made by the other folks who attended. Hopefully we can do this again soon.
