Advocating for Animals - Augusta Meeting

We're hosting events all across Maine this summer, and animals need you to join us! Our statewide tour stops in Augusta on Wednesday, August 20.

We'll be discussing current issues affecting Maine's animals, including the upcoming bear referendum, and how you can get involved and become a more effective advocate. If you're concerned about puppy mills, wildlife protection, farm animals, or generally creating a more compassionate Maine, please attend a meeting near you to get involved and hear how you can help.

Each meeting will be posted via meetup, but in the meantime you can see the full list and RSVP here - http://action.humanesociety.org/site/Calendar?id=112921&view=RSVP

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
