We've had so many crocheters join us that some others have let me know they want to learn to crochet, too! So we'll do the very basics tomorrow. I'll have some hooks and yarn or bring your own.
I'll also be bringing some of my old crochet books and booklets, as well as some Japanese crochet books so people can learn to read crochet charts.
We won't be spending the whole evening on this, but at least we can get people started, and I'm sure that our experienced crocheters will also help out.
Positive RSVP's would be nice, too.
So, do join us at the Common Cup, on Washetnaw near Hill, for knitting, crocheting and socializing. There's free wifi and free parking, coffees, teas, snacks and salads, and we've got extra lamps for those of us who want more light.
We're there from 6:30 until about 9:00 (sometimes later!), so stop in and join us any time! It's always a great evening.
