Canadian Python/Django hacker, here to see more of the world.
Hi, Daniel--Did you see this? Sorry to pester, but it's kinda important and I prom-prom-promise it'll be my last question. Big bedankt.
Thanks mega for your note. Unsure if we'll cross paths again, so, if you've got moment, My Real Question:
I'm setting up a site with a Drupal'er. And - just as you called it - he's writing 'custom code' because things stopped working. I don't want to go on with this developer, so, what should I ask him to send me so later designers can continue? Possible to receive the 'custom code' itself? I.e., how to make it possible for others to work on this? Serious redundancy alert: Thank you!
Dear DQ, Greets and more. Wondering if we might speak some time about your 'resistance' to drupal, as I'm encountering precisely the shortcoming you mentioned. Thanks! Steve
Welcome to People in The Netherlands group! Thanks for joining. Check out our upcoming events. I look forward to meeting you.
Welcome tot eh OpenStack Netherlands Meetup group. We have just started and as you can see there are now events but soon we can attend to our first Meetup, and of course you are welcome. On the 6the of December we will be speaking at the OpenSource Conference on the “Beurs van Berlage” Amsterdam, hopefully I will meet you there.
Hey Daniel - welcome to Sustainable Amsterdam!
Waste Management, energy, transportation - check, check, check. Looking forward to hearing what you think makes Amsterdam sustainable and where more work might be needed.
Stay sustainable & thumbs up for Canada :)
About the spare tube for the ride to the island of Marken, I'm not taking one myself. I think it will probably be fine since the roads are relatively smooth. If you reckon your tires are very old and your inner tubes about to die, you might want to get some spare just in case.
