Hi Ladies! Join us at Aradia Fitness (Cary) for a pole dancing & sensual fitness Meetup event!!

Aradia Fitness is one of the originators of pole fitness with dozens of studios throughout the US & Canada. You will learn just how pole dancing can contribute to weight loss, toning & fitness as well as make you feel empowered and fantastic. And most of all... its FUN!

Our classes are designed for the everyday woman. Aradia students come in all shapes, sizes, colors, ages and backgrounds.

Please join our meet up group and come out to one of our special events designed just for our Meetup.com members! We will focus mainly on the pole fitness events however we will also open special "non-pole" events as well... we've got a whole lot of sexy fun in store for y'all!

MEETUP EVENTS:

(1) Got Pole?! -
This is the first class new members should take. We will warm up with our sexy yoga & stretching routine then hit the poles for our first basic routine & pole spin. This event is a lot of fun and will leave you feeling exhilarated! We will be hosting this event the most frequently as it is a great way to become comfortable with the movements and build your strength.

(2) Pole Pleaser! -
Members must have attended a "Got Pole?!" event before attending. In this event we will intensify our sexy yoga & stretching routine as well as add some new moves. Then we'll hit the poles where we will spice up the routine with our sexy heels or boots and a few new dance moves!

(3) Pole Kitten! -
Members must have attended both a "Got Pole?" and "Pole Pleaser" event to be eligible for this event. In this third level class, we continue to build our strength & flexibility with our floor workout. Then we learn a new spin on the poles and finish off our sexy pole routine.

(4) Special Events -
We will throw in some fun sexy classes every once in a while to include Belly Dance, Lap Dance, Cardio Striptease and more!
