Hot Air Balloon Trip over North Phoenix

Here are the final details for the hot air balloon trip across North Phoenix. We will be meeting at the Deer Valley Airport at 3:30 pm on Saturday the 23rd.

The deadline to pay for your reservations is Thursday, Feb. 21st at 12:00 noon. Please call Jennine at (602) 482-6030 and RSVP under the name East Valley Singles. The cost is $145.

So far we have 9 confirmed yeses and 14 maybes from 5 different groups. The balloons hold eight people each. Wouldn't it be cool to have two hot air balloon groups. That way we could take some good pictures and trade.

The trip lasts for 1 1/2 hours and is followed by a champagne party. The recommended dress code is to dress in several layers because it gets cool at the higher elevations. Wear closed toed shoes because we land in the desert and have to hike out through cactus. If you wear sandals, remember that I did warn you. Also bring sun glasses, a camera and some water balloons. :o)

The address to meet at is 702 W. Deer Valley Road. Look for the white vans with pictures on hot air balloons on them. Dont be late. They wont wait.
