Please join us for an early morning track workout. This is for runners of all levels and the goal is to improve on your own personal speed. We start our warm-up at 5:00 and try to be done with our cool-down by 6:00. Please bring a watch if you have one. We hope to see you there!
Workout: 6x400 with a 60 second rest between sets. During my rest, I will be doing a quick strength circuit consisting of 10 push-ups, 10 bicycle crunches, and 10 squats. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and join me! This is a recovery week from our last few weeks of building in regards to distance. If you have been thinking about joining in on the fun, this is a great week to do so! The track workout will be 1.5 miles, plus whatever we get in with our warm-up and cool-down (3 miles total).
