I came in a half hour late, so missed the beginning of her presentation. She probably talked about living in neighborhoods, Federal Way in particular. Her speech sped up a little and there was a lot of hair tossing near the end of her talk. It's hard to stand up in front of a group, and she may have been feeling that way by the end of her talk.
She did give lots of suggestions in "hardening" your residences and outside "toys". Several things that she suggested, I wouldn't do at my house, but I don't live in a "close" neighborhood or a housing development. But getting to know the neighbors would be nice. One of my neighbors has an annual "neighborhood" picnic; I should take notes...

Way to go, Michelle! Your enthusiasm really came through, your tips and experience were practical for everyone, and the Q&A discussion was wonderful.
