The Annual Candlelight Tour & Open House at Stoudtburg Village!
Bigger than ever! ~ December 3
Open to the public and free with plenty of parking!
Come celebrate the Christmas season with a true holiday classic.
Stroll the winding walkways of Stoudtburg Village lit with hundreds of luminaries,
as you experience the holiday with gardens and doors are lit and decorated.
Once again, we have "The Horns of Plenty", a brass ensemble wandering through the Village playing Christmas carols. Returning again are our favorites the Pines Dinner Theatre company en-actors strolling throughout our Village as Ebenezer Scrooge, the Cratchets, and Tiny Tim. They never stepping out of character. Our Celtic Harpist, Cath Sauber, from the Ryland Harp Circle, will also be enchanting playing Celtic and holiday music.
This year we will also have three or four concerts performed by two a cappella groups from Albright College; the Mane Men and the Albright Angels.
Select residents at Stoudtburg Village will open their holiday decorated homes for public tours. The merchants will be keeping their doors open late during this once-a-year event.
The Candlelight Tour is the evening of December 3rd with extended hours this year 6:00 PM through 10:00 PM.
For those of you who are new to the area, this is one of the most beautiful events in the Adamstown area.
