We've really been having a nice time at these Art Walks, so we'll keep the momentum going and take a springtime stroll through Dupont. Venture out with us as we explore Fondo del Sol's new Issues of Freedom exhibit featuring artists of color, Hillyer's Lara Bandilla, Barbara's welcoming back of Raphael and Foundry's sharp colors.
I put 6:15 so maybe we can get a little more in, but if you have to join us after that, that's fine. (My number is[masked]-7494.) We'll probably leave the Studio area around 6:45 and head to Hillyer. We usually end up at Foundry to conclude at 8. We'll probably head to Peri Peri for dinner; they have a big room to accommodate us.
As always, on our Gallery Walks, we are very appreciative of the generosity of the gallery owners. This is a commercial enterprise and many of the works are affordable, so please come with an open mind and a certain seriousness about what we will see. (It was very cool to again see one of our folks buy something last time.) Beyond that, have a glass of wine or two, a little cheese and fruit, and please enjoy these wonderfully social settings.
I'll collect a dollar if you don't mind on the walk to cover expenses.
