Welcome to the iMedidateHouston sessions, offered by the Art of Living Foundation.
Relax, refresh and rejuvenate at these free sessions. Whether you are an experienced meditator or have never meditated before, this session is for everyone. In these sessions you will experience gentle body movements, wonderful breathing techniques (pranayams) and guided meditations. You will also get an opportunity to connect and share with like minded people.
