George Kefalidis, the founder opened the first rib team in London, and has grown this success at numerous cook off events throughout North America

– All the way from Kentucky! Texas Outlaws started in 1988, a family grown business, brings a combination of good spice, good sauce and good slow smoke! Texas Outlaws will give your mouth something to talk about for days!!!

– Founded by three lifelong friends, Sticky Fingers opened in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina in 1992. Stick Fingers has a genuine and caring approach to customer service and a passion for sharing “fall-off-the-bone delicious” ribs, pulled pork barbecue and chicken!

Texas Rangers

–Texas Rib Rangers Products of Texas Inc. was created in 1993. They have seen the cooking technology and the field of competition grow from five and ten teams to well over 500 teams competing at the high end BBQ events! Looking to out beat Bibbs, for best chicken!     

Blazin’ BBQ

- In 2002 Blazin’ BBQ had its debut at S.A.R.S.STOCK, One of the largest benefit concerts and barbeque events in North-America. From there they have been building our reputation through Ribfest’s, concerts and corporate catering across Ontario. Along the way we have received many awards for ribs, chicken, sauce and pulled pork.    

Ribs Royal

- Provides the finest competition quality, slow smoked, southern barbecue with a western twist. Offering value to all our patrons by serving mouth watering, fresh & delicious ribs.  We are committed in achieving service excellence ensuring that all our patrons are fully satisfied!      

Horn Dawgs

-  ...we are a local Ontario based company. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the best Authentic Southern BBQ this side of the border. Our team is owned and operated by Robert Butler and Donna Darling-Butler. All of Horn Dawgs Smokin BBQ team members are Food Safe Certified and our "Pig Rig" exceeds the Board  



Bone Daddy's -Bill Bone Daddy wall got into the business by accident. While working on a construction site in Colorado building houses, rather than drive into town for lunch, he began grilling hot dogs, chicken, and...ribs.  



The taste test says it all...Having a rare double win and many other wins (they've competed there since 1990) at the Best of the West Nugget Rib Cook-Off in Nevada - Bone Daddy's knows what goes into the perfect brisket, chicken, or rack of ribs. The Best of the West is hosted at the Nugget, and for Bill & Kimberly Wall, its more than a contest, the Nugget was where they were married in the midst of all the festivities.
