Just had knee surgery 8days ago, so not taking a chance of slipping on wet rock.

Hey Dave, what's the status of hike in the rain today?

    March 23, 2013

Too wet, too dangerous up there on the rocks. Be careful if you go.

It's raining. I don't feel safe hiking in the rain so I'm giving up two spots.

Need to cancel -- wanted to give plenty of notice & give a waiting hiker a chance. Enjoy the hike!

I see that the RSVPs have been changed from "Closed" to "Open March 21, 9:30am". Thank you! This is so much more helpful. Now you don't have to worry about missing when it opened and can plan accordingly. Like waiting for concert tickets to go on sale. Thanks!

Sorry I had to miss that organizer meeting, so clue , me in.

Instead of doing waitlists we now just open up RSVPs right beforehand. This minimizes the chances that people join, wait three weeks, then drop off the day (or hour) before the hike. This has been a pretty big issue.

Will we get another email notification saying RSVPs are open?

I know if you have the iPhone app you can sign up for that. Not sure about the website.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
