Asheville Business Connections

The purpose of this group is to build relationships and help each member's business grow through professional networking.

Our focus is Power Marketing. Members are committed to helping each other take their businesses to the next level FAST by sharing information and flowing leads to each other. There is a structured format but there will be plenty of time to respectfully network with others before and after the meetings.

- Leverage a team effort to help build your business.
- Increase the value of your time with efficient networking strategies.
- Get (and give) qualified referrals.
- Present your business to members so that they know who is the best referral for you.
- Set business goals and gain support for their accomplishment from within the group.

Meeting format:

1) Business card handout - BRING ENOUGH BUSINESS CARDS - at least 40!

2) Distribute 'Connect Up' forms - use these to give leads, referrals, etc. to others in the group.

3) The 1 minute "What I Do" speech - we go around the table. Craft your speech to comfortably fit into your 1 minute time slot :-)

2) Marketing Brainstorm - We pick a card out of the hat and that person gets to be the lucky recipient of a brilliant brainstorming bonanza as to how they could accomplish their next major business goal.

3) Appreciation - anyone can mention anything or anyone that they appreciate.

4) Partner up - everyone gets to partner up with another group member to meet with in the next week or so.

5) Announcements - other business events in the area.
