My first job at age 14 was in food service. That was over 40 years ago. I am a certified Living On Live Food Chef Teacher through Alissa Cohen's program. I have been teaching Chef classes since Sept. 2006. I started Healthy Options Catering in 2009 after booking two large events, where I catered a vegan meal for 250 people.
I speak and demonstrate my recipes. I teach vegetarian, vegan, and raw food Chef classes. After the death of my husband from pancreatic cancer in 2005, I was worried about my health and began to make some changes. The results were awesomw and fast. I lost over 30 lbs. and lowered my blood pressure. My allergies completely disappeared and my eyesight improved. Do you come home from a long day and wonder what to eat?
