What to do:
Arrive at the parking lot roughly around 8:30AM to get a good parking spot; pay up $2 for 2 hour parking; if you arrive later than this, expect a long line in the payment; head straight to the beach, either I am in the middle with a bunch of people or if you arrive later, I am in the Stretch Zone.
What to expect:
WARM UP (8:45AM)
Dodgeball or Stretch
You can choose to play a heart pounding friendly dodgeball fight or you can go for the stretching which will get you ready for the Sunday workout.
MAIN WORKOUT (9AM)
RunClub or Yoga or FitClub
You can either do running or yoga (please bring your own mat) or circuit training (FitClub).
Most of the people usually choose the circuit training and I will be in the circuit training. Expect a full body workout with a lot of running around the sand, upper body workout, abs, cardio and stamina.
POST WORKOUT (~10AM)
You are free to join me and many other attendees at our Nutrition Club (3268 Motor Avenue) for a breakfast shake ($5), socialize with each other; and around 10:30AM, we will have a short seminar on how to transform your body and become a more sexy you.
