Tofu Series I: Fried Tofu


















Due to numerous requests, we are starting a series of Meetups on tofu.  First one up: fried tofu.  We’ll stuff it with two types of fillings, to be cooked in two different ways:

  1. Ground pork, with glass noodles in soup
  2. Ground shrimp, steamed as a dim sum dish

Both are 100% authentic, from different regions of China, and absolutely delicious.  See you there!
