Hello I have been with this meet-up group for 7 months this will be first time coming to a meet-up. I am so excited yet nervous. I don't know ASL at all. But I work with 3 children who are hearing impaired and also have 2 employee's who are hearing impaired. I am looking to meet new face and friends along with networking. But how do I communicate? I will be the one in the back standing and looking for someone to talk to. :) I do plan on learning ASL, soon. But right now am looking for some one with great caregiving skills and great ASL skills at this meet-up to help support the children I work with at my agency called Inspire, we are a non-profit agency. Thank you- please someone tell me your thoughts? have a great evening

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
