This has nothing to do with Asperger's, except that "cashews for teeth" is the
sort of info I hold on to and I think NTs don't, and I like taxonomy. Mangos
don't seem to have nearly as much as marañones, and I'm not going to try to
eat poison ivy.
I used to go to a dentist, but quit when I figured out he wasn't interested in
my reports that seaweed caused a toothache to diminish or that marañón stops
the pain and swelling of an abscessed tooth. I didn't bother trying to tell
him about vitamin K2, fish and chicken liver, or other Weston Price stuff. He
refused to believe his own eyes and fingers when I arrested a cavity.
I have a bunch of arrested cavities, but I also have a tooth that is sensitive
and needs to be looked at; maybe it has a loose filling or something. The gum
next to it has a bleb; fortunately I found some frozen marañones yesterday
(the juice is not as effective). If I look up holistic or biological dentists
on the Net, I find that they know the proper procedure to remove metal fillings
(which I should get done sometime), or that they test filling materials for
biocompatibility, but not that they know anything about nutrition. Do any of
you know a dentist you could recommend to me?
