Relaxation meditation: Spend 15 minutes, roughly 3x a week, meditating and relaxing the body and mind. To do this, simply imagine relaxing each muscle in turn.
Dream Journal: There will be a discussion topic just for this! For those of you that don't want to keep a journal to yourself, simply write a sentence or two about your dreams in the dream journal discussion!
