You may have heard there's a nova happening now in Delphinus, which is almost directly overhead at night. Tonight looks like the clearest skies of the week. Let's get out to the Spanish Banks at 9pm and find the Nova in Delphinus! As usual, park in the far west parking lot of the Spanish Banks (see map) and we'll be a couple hundred feet away on the lawn near the seawall. There will be a special guest appearance from 9:07pm to 9:11 pm by the ISS.
All RASC events are free to attend and family friendly. Everyone is welcome, there is no membership required, and you don't even need a telescope, but bring one if you have one. Binoculars are an excellent tool for astronomy.
